Tessy Anifowoshe Jr., professionally known as Mr. RSMP™, is a trichologist and scalp restoration artist specializing in natural-looking cosmetic hair density and scalp micropigmentation solutions for men and women experiencing visible hair loss.
His approach combines the precision and artistry of scalp micropigmentation with a trichology-informed understanding of the hair and scalp. Tessy's professional development includes advanced scalp micropigmentation training under nationally recognized SMP educator Taylor Perry, along with professional trichology training and mentorship under Chief Trichologist Dr. Leola Anifowoshe, founder of Texas Hair Restoration & Wellness Center and The Hair Loss Detective™.
This combination of artistic training and trichology education shaped the foundation of the Mr. RSMP™ approach: understand the scalp, study the hair-loss pattern, design for the individual, and then restore the appearance of density with precision.
Working with clients across different skin tones, hair textures, hair-loss patterns and stages of thinning has further shaped Tessy's commitment to individualized restoration. Hairlines, density patterns and pigment placement should never look mass-produced. Every restoration should be designed for the person wearing it.
Today, Tessy practices as Mr. RSMP™ through Texas Hair Restoration & Wellness Center in Houston, Texas, where trichology, scalp wellness, restoration technology and cosmetic artistry come together.
