REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the order date. Submit the request through paddle.net, where Paddle provides billing support and handles returns as our Merchant of Record. You may also contact thrcleads@gmail.com for assistance locating your order.

Please include the purchaser's name, email address, order reference, and a brief description of the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

The 30-day period runs from the initial order date, including when an installment plan is selected. A refund request submitted within that period applies to amounts paid for the order. Canceling future installments does not automatically refund amounts already paid; submit a refund request through Paddle.

If a live training date must be moved or canceled by us, we will offer an appropriate transfer, rescheduling option, or refund as communicated for that event. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
