We provide cosmetic scalp-restoration information, consultations, professional education, and related services. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate, current information. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Trichology and scalp micropigmentation services are cosmetic and non-medical. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or cure for any medical condition and do not replace evaluation or care from a licensed medical provider when medically indicated. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for activity under your account. You must not use the website or services unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape or access the service by unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; or circumvent access, enrollment, or technical limits.

You consent to transactional communications needed to respond to your inquiry, administer enrollment, provide purchased services, and address billing or security matters. Marketing communications remain optional where required by law.

Texas Hair Restoration and Wellness Center and its licensors retain all rights in the website, RSMP™ materials, Certified RSMP Specialist™ curriculum, videos, photographs, graphics, documentation, branding, and other content. Subject to payment and these terms, enrolled students receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use supplied training materials for their own education. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, teach from, publish, reverse engineer, or create competing materials from protected content without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and use it to provide the requested service. Public use of identifiable case photography requires appropriate authorization.

Certified RSMP Specialist™ training provides introductory, non-medical education in foundational trichology awareness, scalp observation, cosmetic pigment artistry, density restoration, consultation, documentation, and business development. It does not award a medical license, diagnose or treat disease, replace jurisdiction-specific licensing, or guarantee certification merely through payment or attendance.

Students remain responsible for meeting attendance, skills, conduct, assessment, licensing, insurance, sanitation, and other requirements communicated for the program or imposed by their jurisdiction. We may adjust instructors, sequencing, venue, or equivalent program details when reasonably necessary.

Prices, payment schedules, dates, and included items are shown before checkout. If you select an installment or subscription-style payment plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the schedule presented at checkout until the agreed tuition is paid or the plan is canceled in accordance with its terms. Failed or overdue payments may pause enrollment, access, certification, or seat confirmation.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Our Refund Policy also applies.

Training, pathway recommendations, examples, and business-development content do not guarantee admission, certification, clients, revenue, profit, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on skill development, lawful practice, pricing, market demand, client acquisition, expenses, location, and individual execution.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, unlawful conduct, infringement, unsafe practice, harassment, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, licenses to our materials end, while payment obligations and provisions intended to survive remain effective.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free website or service availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and content are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, your professional services, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights. Events beyond reasonable control may excuse delayed performance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Harris County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
