PRIVACY NOTICE
Effective September 22, 2026. Texas Hair Restoration and Wellness Center ("we," "us," or "our") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our services. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to thrcleads@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, city, consultation or enrollment details, professional background, messages, and information you choose to provide about your hair, scalp, business, experience, or goals.
We also receive technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referring pages, and security or diagnostic records. If you submit authorized case photography, consultation images, or documents, we process that material only for the purpose disclosed when it is collected.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
How and why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, schedule consultations, evaluate training fit, provide AI-powered educational pathway recommendations, process enrollment, deliver purchased services, maintain records, provide support, protect the website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Our legal bases include performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services; consent where required, including for optional marketing or authorized photography; and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with hosting, database, communications, analytics, security, and customer-support service providers that process data for us. Paddle receives information needed to act as Merchant of Record for purchases, payment processing, subscription or installment management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, fraud prevention, and billing support.
We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities when required by law, and in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information. Case photography is published only with appropriate authorization.
Retention
Inquiry and consultation records are generally retained for up to three years after the last interaction. Enrollment, transaction, tax, and contract records may be retained for seven years or longer when legally required. Marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn, with a suppression record kept as necessary to honor the request. Security logs are generally retained for up to twelve months. Authorized media is retained until the authorization ends or the material is no longer needed.
We may retain information longer when needed to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, preserve legal claims, or meet a legal obligation. When no longer required, information is deleted, de-identified, or securely archived.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; and appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be limited by law. To make a request, email us using the address above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, and service-provider review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Our providers may process information outside your state or country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for those transfers.
Cookies, AI recommendations, and children
The website may use essential storage for site operation and preferences, plus limited analytics or security technologies. Browser controls can restrict non-essential cookies, although some functions may be affected.
Information submitted to the student pathway advisor is processed to generate an educational, non-medical training recommendation. Do not submit confidential medical records. The recommendation does not guarantee admission, certification, income, or business results.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date above will identify the current version.
